You live in an idyllic location between the university towns of Marburg and Gießen and enjoy breathtaking views of the Lahn Valley.

Captain Andreas Andresen actually just wants to go home. He spent two months on the high seas, and the only thing he wants is to embrace his sweetheart. But instead of you, Commissioner Louis Sagel is waiting for him at the port. Sagel suspects a stolen French painting aboard the ship and orders a search. But during the search for the valuable exhibit, the two uncover not only connections to a dark secret, but above all the body of a stowaway who hid himself on board with the painting. What happened? The number of suspects is manageable; after all, there were only five people on board. But since they have been involved in a deep dispute since the start of the trip, the investigation is anything but easy. The Commissioner only wants to be able to resolve this case with the help of the public.
The dinner with the corpse wanders across the country. But only read and in the end — with the help of the audience — the perpetrator is brought to justice. An actor shoots, strangles, stabs: He slips into the roles of all female and male suspects, with all their dark secrets, lies and human abysses. Commissioner Louis Sagel, read by Yves Morel, can understand all these hidden abysses, half-truths and falsehoods, but only with the help of the audience, who have the opportunity to follow the course of the piece or even to influence it with documents and questions. In this way, the two present an exciting and entertaining evening with tricky cases and compelling stories.
